The easiest way to prepare our ZERO Slim & Healthy Noodles, Rice or Pasta is by placing the contents of a packet into a strainer and rinse under water (hot or cold) for about 20-30 seconds. Then simply add to a hot dry pan until residual water evaporates and then you can whatever you like. Add your stir fry ingredients or add to a soup or your favourite pasta sauce. If you get stuck, instructions are on the back of every packet.
